Course Presentation

The incorporation of legaltech and artificial intelligence into the practice of law poses new legal, ethical and professional liability risks.
This course provides a universal and rigorous legal framework for the diligent, responsible, and defensible use of legaltech, applicable to any jurisdiction.

It does not focus on teaching specific tools, but on providing the lawyer with solid legal criteria to decide when, how and to what extent to use technology without incurring professional negligence.


General objective

Train lawyers and legal operators to use legaltech and AI in accordance with professional diligence standards, minimizing legal, disciplinary and reputational risks.

At the end of the course, the participant will be able to:
