Through our course, we clarify how the rights and duties characteristics exist before AI, to know how to solve problems in AI situations, since those characteristics clarified are the way to understand how rights and duties apply in AI situations, and their application is how problems are solved.

Our knowledge is universal, substantiated, actionable, needed (not contained in public norms since it is researched, analyzed, systematized, achieved, and presented by us), and specific.

Professor: Prof. Dr. Camilo Alfonso Escobar Mora, certified as a post-doctorate in law from the oldest University in the World, University of Bologna, Italy, graduated as a Ph.D. in Law, Magister in Commercial Law, Master in Law and Information Technologies, Master in Telecommunications Law, lawyer, author of several books on legal validity, in general and concerning artificial intelligence (AI), scholar in foundations of law, creator of the concept of Legal Indicators of valid, and, therefore, invalid, AI © (in general, of the concept of indicators of compliance, and non-compliance, with the law), his theory clarified the form of rights and duties and its universality (the universality of law, since good/validity/effectiveness/diligence/law is – only – one), has more than 17 years of experience in legal foundations to AI and is the founder of LEGADLLY.
