Value: training course for lawyers in the legal indicators of Responsible AI developed in LEGADLLY so that, under concrete practical legal knowledge, they understand how rights and duties are applied, that is, what they are and how the characteristics of rights and duties are addressed, to AI to know how Responsible (valid; legal; based on diligence) AI exists and when there is its non-application, that is, the Irresponsible (invalid, unlawful; based on fault, negligence or willful misconduct) AI.
Methodology: lawyers will know the legal indicators in a clear, complete, organized, indisputable, and applicable (actionable) way that allows them to understand how what is defined in the law in relation to AI is complied with (Responsible AI) and when there is a non-compliance with the law, that is, a non-application of rights and duties, before AI (Irresponsible AI). In the last part, there is a simulation to apply the Responsible AI Legal Indicators and receive strategic feedback.
Syllabus:
- Introduction to the legal indicators of Responsible AI (the form of rights and duties before AI); 2 hours.
- Explanation of the legal indicators of Responsible AI (criteria for compliance with the law regarding AI); 6 hours.
- Indicators of Responsible AI for AI from third parties (other than lawyers); 4 hours.
- Indicators of Responsible AI for the practice of law (LegalTech); 4 hours.
- Simulation to apply the indicators by the lawyers, which includes feedback from the trainer, and the answer to final questions; 8 hours.
Material: Lawyers will receive course presentation slides through which indicators are communicated, and the recordings of course sessions.
Certification: lawyers will receive a LEGADLLY certificate of attendance.
